kgg9 Terms & Conditions — Your Player Agreement

To register and use the kgg9 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. kgg9 does not knowingly accept registrations from individuals under 21. Age verification documentation may be requested at any time.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.
• Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. kgg9 reserves the right to merge or close duplicate accounts and to void any bets or bonuses associated with those accounts.

kgg9 accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) through the following approved payment methods. All deposits are credited to your kgg9 BDT wallet and become available for wagering immediately upon confirmation of receipt:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation (RNG) systems supplied by kgg9's third-party game providers. kgg9 does not manipulate game outcomes. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each game are as published by the relevant provider.
• Any player found to be using automated betting software, bots, scrapers, or any other method to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house will have their account immediately suspended. All associated funds and winnings will be held pending investigation and may be forfeited.
• Collusion between players — including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker or table games, coordinated betting to trigger bonuses, or account sharing — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your kgg9 account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. The following obligations apply to all kgg9 account holders:

• You must not share your kgg9 username, password, or account access with any other person. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify kgg9 immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.
• You must use the kgg9 platform for personal entertainment only. Using the platform for commercial gain on behalf of a third party, including but not limited to operating a betting syndicate or accepting bets from other individuals using the kgg9 platform, is strictly prohibited.
• You must ensure that your use of the kgg9 platform complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. kgg9 makes no representation that access to the platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of kgg9 is permissible under the laws applicable to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kgg9 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform:

• kgg9 is not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, technical errors, or platform downtime. While kgg9 endeavours to maintain continuous service availability, unplanned outages may occur and do not constitute a breach of these terms.
• Gambling inherently involves financial risk. kgg9 accepts no liability for any financial losses you incur as a result of wagering activity on the platform. All gambling decisions are made by you voluntarily and at your own risk.
• kgg9's total liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your kgg9 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

All content on the kgg9 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, and software — is the property of kgg9 or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The following restrictions apply:

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, broadcast, display, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any content from the kgg9 platform for any purpose without the prior written consent of kgg9.

These Terms and Conditions are published in English. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the English version and any translated version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail in all respects. The English version is the authoritative and binding version for all legal and contractual purposes.
